Whether you’re planning a Bridal Shower or celebrating a Birthday in a special way, Bella Rose is available as a Venue to host Private Events.
Bella Rose is a great space for small- to medium-sized groups. Booking a Large Party will require some pre-planning!
To request a reservation for a Large Group on a specific date, please fill out the form, & we’ll confirm (within 72 hours) whether that date is available for a group your size.
Currently, we don’t offer a Flat Rate Minimum for the Space itself.
For BELLA ROSE, parties larger than 14 will require a Partial Buy-Out. Parties larger than 30 will require a Full Buy-Out.
For LITTLE BELLA’s, parties larger than 10 will require a Partial Buy-Out. Parties larger than 28 will require a Full Buy-Out.
Partial Buy-Outs are when we reserve an entire section of our restaurant for you & your group. You’ll have multiple tables & a potential for strolling room within this section of the Dining Room. For Partial Buy-Outs (parties of 15+), we require a minimum Food & Beverage spend of $1,500 (pre-tax, pre-gratuity).
At this time, no deposit is required for Partial Buy Outs. For more information on how Full Buy-Outs work, see below.
At 20 heads, this size reservation takes up nearly 1/4 of our Dining Space. We’ve instituted Food & Beverage Mimumum Spends for Large Parties (15+) to protect ourselves from the loss in sales that results from booking Large Parties that don’t order an amount of food that would be appropriate for the amount of people present.
Buy-Outs are an option we offer our guests who wish to host parties of 30+.
All Buy-Out events hosted at 100 Main Street include a meal served family style. While we have organized buffets & plated dinners as exceptions in the past, these are requested & approved on a case-by-case basis.

We may either provide you with a Rough Quote, or we may have a few more questions for you. Either way, you can expect an Rough Quote within 5 days of us having received ALL REQUIRED INFORMATION for your event.
You will first be provided with a Rough Quote. This is what we have decided to charge for the space in lieu of the sales we would lose by having the space reserved. From there, we work with you to build the exact menu & service timeline you want for your event.
Finalized Quotes are customized per event based on menu selections (do you want 2 kinds of appetizers & 2 kinds of salads, or 6 kinds of appetizers & no salad? etc.) & expected consumption. If we estimate your guests will have 2 drinks per person, & they have 4, we’ll either have to come up with a cut-off point, or you will enter the agreement understanding that what we’ve provided is a best-guess estimate, & the final bill will relfect actual consumption. Regardless of consumption, mimum quotes stand.
Once we’ve confirmed your menu selections, you’ll receive a Finalized Quote in the form of an Event Contract. Once this contract is signed, your date & time are officially booked!
Leading up to the event, you’ll be in coordination with our Team to help ensure every detail is taken care of in preparation for your special day!
Weekend bookings will drive prices higher, while weeknight bookings are offered at a lower rate.
Based on current sales, a Full Buy-Out of either space on Friday or Saturday (depending on whether Lunch or Dinner) could range anywhere from $3,000-$15,000. Quotes provided are based on current sales projections for that time of day, custom menu selections, & estimated consumption.
Little Bella’s Pizza & Wine Bar is a unique space! Every table in the Dining Room maintains an intimate & cozy atmosphere… So, fitting large groups requires some pre-planning!
Availability is limited, but if you book early enough, we’d love to have you!
